Overview:
As a Digital Account Supervisor, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring successful project delivery and fostering strong relationships. You will oversee multiple accounts, guide project execution, and contribute to strategic planning. Your expertise in brand.ca/brand.com will be essential in driving client projects to success.
Location: 155 Queens Quay East
Hybrid: 3 days in office and/or client site
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, providing updates, and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Project Oversight: Manage the execution of website builds, UI/UX design, and e-commerce projects, coordinating with design, development, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop digital strategies that align with their business objectives, leveraging your CRM/e-commerce platforms knowledge.
- Technical Expertise: Provide insights and recommendations on best practices for website functionality, performance optimization, and user experience improvements.
- Reporting & Analysis: Analyze project performance metrics, prepare reports for clients, and make data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure project alignment with client expectations and agency standards.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope and financial constraints.
- Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions for clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar role within a technical or digital agency.
- Strong understanding of website development, UI/UX principles, and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with EPIserver and/or App Optimizer is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
