Key Responsibilities:

As a Digital Product Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to drive digital transformation by identifying growth opportunities across Commerce, Marketing, and Service technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with business and IT teams with value at the core of everything we do. Day-to-day you are translating strategy into process and technology, understand end user behavior, guide technology selection and result driven implementation, and engage in C-level stakeholder management to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. 

 

What you will do: 

  • Analytical Vision: Identify and capitalize on opportunities in Commerce, Marketing, and Service technologies, using strong analytical and communication skills to convince clients to take action. 
  • Business-IT Collaboration: Improve collaboration between business and IT teams by leveraging your project management and stakeholder coordination abilities to drive customer value and enhance development velocity. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage in high-level stakeholder management, using your leadership and negotiation skills to align C-level executives and ensure successful project outcomes. 
  • Technology Strategy & Selection: Define and guide clients through the selection of Commerce, Marketing, or Service technologies, requiring a deep understanding of digital platforms and strategic thinking.

  • Developer Communication: You speak the language of developers and bridge the gap between business and tech teams. 
  • Decision-Maker: You set clear priorities and make decisive, informed choices. 
  • Data-Driven and Customer-Focused: You rely on data and maintain a strong focus on delivering customer value. 

 

What you’ll need: 

  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 2 years in a Product Manager or Product Owner role. 
  • Consistently demonstrate proficiency in the above mentioned competencies throughout the interview process.  
  • Proven experience in Digital Product Strategy, Discovery, and Delivery. 
  • Experience in integrating Commerce, Marketing, and/or Service technology to enhance the Customer Journey. 
  • Proven experience in digital transformation to increase team efficiency and value delivery. 
  • Familiarity with release cycles and agile methodologies. 
  • Flexibility to work in our office and our client’s offices when needed. 
  • Display excellent communications skills (in English), and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Currently living in The Netherlands with a valid work permit.

Our compensation:

  • A monthly salary from 5,000€ and up to 6,635€, based on experience.
  • A gross annual 8% holiday allowance pay.
