Principais responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver cronogramas detalhados.
  • Alocar recursos de forma eficiente.
  • Integrar as equipes de criação, mídia, produção, conteúdo, planejamento e atendimento.
  • Servir como ponto de contato principal sobre organização da pauta e prioridade com a liderança de atendimento e cliente.
  • Facilitar a comunicação entre departamentos e o cliente.
  • Gerir expectativas e incorporar feedback.
  • Monitorar métricas de desempenho.
  • Avaliar o engajamento e a eficácia das entregas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos gerenciais.
  • Ajustar ações com base em análises de desempenho.
  • Fomentar relações duradouras com o time e com os clientes.

  • Tenha experiência prévia com o mercado de Beleza, global, varejo e conteúdo
  • Que se conecte com o universo da beleza e entenda as necessidades e desejos do nosso público.
  • Possua experiência em gerenciar projetos do início ao fim, dominando as ferramentas e metodologias.
