Who we're looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing projects within a digital agency environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both agile and traditional project management methodologies, with a strong understanding of the nuances of delivering projects in the GCC region. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while effectively managing stakeholders at all levels. 

Role Requirements:

  • Lead and manage multiple parts of the RfP simultaneously, ensuring all project objectives are met within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  •  Be the main point of contact for the client ensuring that the project objectives are met on time and the highest quality
  •  Develop project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project teams, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Provide guidance to team members and provide consultation to the client based on the deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior director, clients, and project team members.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes to ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements as needed.
  • Reporting to the Senior Project Director on a daily basis
  • Assist the PMO Director in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and discussions .
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate internal team meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Lead discussions on project requirements, challenges, and solutions.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the project team and other departments.

Areas of Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 6 years in project management roles.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and industry dynamics
  • Prior proven experience as a consultant within the marketing or strategy fields
  • Real Estate industry familiarity preferred
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Expat is okay
  • This position may require occasional travel to client sites and other locations as needed.
