Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly motivated and competent BI Analyst with expertise in visualization tools (such as Power BI), to join our Martech team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business intelligence, with the ability to create appealing, functional, and efficient dashboards. Also, the ability to collaborate as part of a team and follow agile methodologies is essential.
What you’ll do:
- Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Utilize statistical and analytical tools to interpret data and provide meaningful conclusions.
- Develop and implement data models, dashboards, and reports.
- Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards.
- Use Power BI to present data in a comprehensible manner.
- Customize reports based on the needs of different stakeholders.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to create a unified view for analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends to stay abreast of advancements in BI and analytics.
- Provide recommendations for improvements based on emerging technologies and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the performance of BI solutions.
- Optimize queries and data models to improve report generation speed.
What you’ll need:
- +2 years of experience working in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and SQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
- Understanding of business processes and objectives.
