Job Description: CRM Strategist

 

In a NutShell : 

Strategies, Enable and Execute multi-brand customer engagement and loyalty program with relevant multi-channel, touchpoint-based customer journeys.

 

Details: 

  • Define and create the strategy to drive traffic, engagement and sales from consumers.
  • Define the strategy, approach, frameworks, methods, metrics and utilize the right features of the martech stack to deliver desired outcome of the projects.
  • Develop robust content strategy and plan for weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly basis to ensure relevant content is shared with right audience to engage consumer and maximum conversion.
  • Benchmark competition for ensuring relevant referencing and best-in class recommendation for the program.
  • Ensuring all the creative outcome needed for the channels like email, whatsapp, sms, website but not limited to it, is in lines with the required standards and expectation of the program.
  • Be the liaison between the Client and Internal creative team to raise the creative brief requirement and ensuring delivery of the same with multiple feedback loops.
  • Oversight campaign execution with internal team and other agency partners.
  • Oversight and strategize for campaign optimization using A/B testing, reporting, analytics, and insights.
  • Deliver Monthly and quarterly program updates presentations to the client and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth ongoing on the program.
  • Ensuring oversight of email/sms/whatsapp channel delivery, data privacy requirements and data driven marketing best practices.
  • Maintaining data reports and trackers for the program along with business ROI calculation for the same.

 

Preferred Qualification:

  • 4+ Years of experience in CRM, Data driven marketing and/or customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Email Studio, Audience Builder, Reports & Insights, Journey Builder, CDPs, Audience Targeting and Segmentation etc.
  • Experience in various campaign management but not limited to Promotional Marketing, Automated Email Journeys, Drip Campaigns, Trigger Based Campaigns etc
  • Experience with creative strategy and messaging communication planning is a must.
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills, to facilitated creative innovations and solutions.
  • Comfortable working cross-functional and on multiple projects at a time, should be a team-oriented individual with ownership & proactive approach towards project.
  • Strong hold on managing ambiguity and thrive, with bias for taking action along with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders across the level, internal as well as external.

Master’s degree in marketing or business, preferred.
