What You Will Do:
• Campaign Management: Oversee the delivery of market-leading campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets across owned channels.
• Strategic Orientation: Operate with a strategic mindset and manage tasks/projects efficiently.
• Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Enthusiasm: Show passion for the client’s business.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with various internal disciplines and teams.
• Mentorship: Support and develop junior account team members.
• Fiscal Responsibility: Manage budgets responsibly.
• Execution: Ensure flawless execution and delivery of all projects.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Approximately 5 years in an advertising agency managing large-scale interactive marketing projects.
• Client Delivery: Exceptional skills in fostering seamless client-agency relationships.
• Language: Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Campaign Expertise: Experience with multi-channel campaigns.
• Personality: Professional, calm, approachable, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Team Spirit: Energize and inspire teams.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Location: EU citizenship and based in Prague or willing to relocate ASAP.
