We're seeking a visionary leader who can elevate our creative output and drive innovation across multiple channels. While the ideal candidate will have extensive experience, we're open to considering passionate individuals with less experience who demonstrate exceptional potential.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a dynamic creative team on high-profile international and local projects
  • Conceptualize innovative solutions to complex business challenges
  • Translate marketing objectives into compelling, on-brand messaging across various platforms
  • Oversee, inspire, and mentor creatives across a diverse portfolio of global brands
  • Drive integrated campaigns with a focus on storytelling  
  • Contribute to team growth through recruitment and talent development
  • Manage the copy process, ensuring alignment with creative briefs and project scopes
  • Serve as a key client liaison, presenting work at various stages of development
  • Thrive under pressure, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and must possess a strong team-orientation.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment

What you'll need:

  • Native English proficiency is essential; Cantonese proficiency is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in advertising, with a comprehensive understanding of the industry
  • Proven track record in the financial sector
  • Exceptional copywriting and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade, inform, and gracefully handle client feedback
  • Digital native with expertise in existing and emerging digital channels
  • Background in integrated advertising, experience in social media content creation and strategy is a plus.
  • Open-minded, ambitious, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
