đź’ˇ Role in a nutshell:
Are you an experienced professional with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships? We are looking for a Account Manager to join our team and lead our advertising campaigns. In this important role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring clear communication, smooth execution, and high-quality service. You will work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement creative marketing initiatives that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. Join our Client Engagement Team and play a key role in delivering exceptional advertising solutions!
🥇 What will keep you busy during the day:
Project Execution:
- Lead and manage assigned projects independently, ensuring efficient implementation.
- Take initiative in transforming creative advertising concepts into tangible outcomes, overseeing the entire process from brainstorming to final execution.
- Execute communication projects, including 360 campaigns, under the supervision of a team leader.
- Ensure all project activities align with the client brief.
- Organize project workflows to maintain high service levels and meet business objectives.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare project schedules and cost estimates.
Team Support:
- Assist the team in maintaining high-quality work and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Support the team in maintaining top-notch quality and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate closely with various departments, including creative, strategy, social media, and production.
Client Relationships:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
🔑 Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:
- Minimum 3 year of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
- Familiarity with 360 ad concepts, which encompass all potential touchpoints with the customer, creating a comprehensive marketing experience.
- Ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment of the advertising world.
- Fundamental knowledge of managing campaign projects, creating schedules, and preparing cost estimates.
- Proficiency in English at least at a B2 level.
- Advanced proficiency in Polish or native speaker level.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup; our office is located in Warsaw.
