Esta posición es la encargada del seguimiento de estrategia de CRM así como la gestión campañas de Email Marketing, 

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestión y desarrollo de campañas de CRM (Email, Push & In app notifications, Contact Center) 
  • Seguimiento de objetivos, métricas y estrategia de CRM​
  • Desarrollo y seguimiento a briefs para creatividades de CRM​ (Email, Push & In app notifications)
  • Revisión y gestión de aprobaciones de assets y copies para CRM
  • Segmentación y requisición de BDDs​
  • Desarrollo de Insights por campaña
  • Apoyo en la estrategia de ecommerce y analytics
  • Colaboración directa con equipos de marca, comunicaciones, eventos, CX y stakeholders involucrados en CRM​

Experiencia previa:

  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y metodologias agiles
  • Conocimiento deseable en Salesforce / Adobe Camapaing (O algún otro CRM como Braze o Hubspot)
  • Conocimiento de métricas básicas de campañas de Marketing Digital
  • Experiencia deseable en diseño de assets para campañas de Digital, Email Marketing o CRM (Figma/Adobe)
  • Conocimiento deseable metodologías de Inbound Marketing
  • Excel medio / avanzado

Habilidades:

  • Inglés conversacional
  • Microsoft (Power Point, Excel, Word)
  • Herramientas de diseño
  • Plataformas de gestión de proyectos
