We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to drive the design efforts for our digital products. The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to execution.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Create and maintain design systems and component libraries.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.
  • Provide rational for design choices; assure design meets business objectives as stated in creative brief.
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
  • Ability to be both hands-on and provide clear direction to others.
  • Interpret and translate wireframes into tangible and compelling experiences.

What you'll need to succeed: 

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research methodologies and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design) or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work experience and design projects.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
