Esta posición es la encargada de gestionar la comunidad en línea, responder la conversación generada por los seguidores, revisar, programar y publicar el contenido en las redes sociales.
Realizar reportes de performance.
Estar pendiente de las actualizaciones y optimizaciones de las redes sociales.
Responsabilidades:
- Gestión y moderación de comunidades digitales, haciendo énfasis en la generación de respuestas oportunas a todas las interacciones generadas por los usuarios con la marca / marcas bajo criterios establecidos por la misma.
- Generación de reportes ad-hoc a las necesidades de cada cliente.
- Contribución a la generación de documentación y presentaciones para la cuenta asignada o proyectos específicos.
- Uso de herramientas que permitan la gestión de los canales sociales, así como la recolección y filtrado de información con resultados del performance de nuestro contenido.
- Colaboración con los equipos creativos, estrategia y care.
Experiencia previa:
- Experiencia de +2 años en puesto similar.
- Conocimiento y habilidades en las diferentes redes sociales.
- Gestión de herramientas de social (Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Emplifi, Khoros, Hootsuite) y listening (Social Studio, TopicFlower, Brandwatch, Digimind).
- Construcción de búsquedas booleanas
