Who we are looking for:

VML is looking for a curious, proactive, and self-driven Performance Specialist or Performance Coordinator who thrives on tackling challenges with data and crafting strategic performance analyses that add value. This role is an opportunity to join our expanding team at Martech Integrate Solutions. The selected candidate will be an integral part of a team dedicated to developing Martech solutions for various clients, primarily contributing to the regional project for a Multinational Company. 

As a Performance Coordinator, you'll spearhead strategic performance analysis of full-funnel campaigns at a regional level. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in devising and proposing optimizations and fresh activations based on performance insights and business needs.

We're seeking someone passionate about extracting strategic value from data, possessing analytical prowess, strategic vision, and a knack for generating deep, valuable insights, thereby becoming a pivotal member of our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of full-funnel campaigns, tracking key business KPIs across various channels. Identify consumer behaviors and market trends (regional and global benchmarks), conceptualize and propose new activations and optimizations, and pinpoint opportunities to enhance user experience and brand engagement.
  • Develop strategic recommendations and propose optimizations for campaigns and segmentations.
  • Dive deep into performance analysis and audience behaviors at a regional level to craft innovative proposals.

What you’ll need: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Campaign Performance roles or similar positions.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge in Performance tools and latest technologies (GTM, Looker, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics) 
  • Be highly motivated and well organized
  • Advanced level of english is a must
