As our Front Office Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, colleagues, and partners, creating a warm and welcoming environment. You'll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests, colleagues, couriers, and international partners
  • Managing office supplies and keeping our kitchen (our "FunSpace") stocked with treats
  • Maintaining relationships with external suppliers
  • Organizing travel arrangements for colleagues and accommodations for guests
  • Assisting with mail and invoice filing
  • Manage company documents, including articles of incorporation, signatures specimens
  • Creating a welcoming experience for new colleagues, including preparing welcome packages
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of company events, acting as a host to ensure a lively atmosphere

What we will expect from you:

  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel, including spreadsheet management and document editing)
  • Positive, energetic, proactive
