We cover the costs
We take on all the costs of the program including over 30 thousand PLN worth of Sitecore training and certification costs.
Sitecore Academy is a 12-week program where we will teach you how to program in Sitecore technology and help you achieve Sitecore certification.
Sitecore Academy was created to help talented juniors become certified Sitecore developers and help them implement the skills they have acquired in our international projects. If you like challenges – the Academy is for you!
After completing the Academy, you will become part of our team of Sitecore Developers.
We take on all the costs of the program including over 30 thousand PLN worth of Sitecore training and certification costs.
Academy graduates, after passing Sitecore certification, stay with us for the long term. And they receive a salary during the program.
Dedicated mentors – experienced Sitecore Developers – provide support during the Academy.
At the start
At Wunderman Thompson Technology, we take care of each other. We'll give you time to get into the Sitecore Academy; you'll get to know your manager, Academy tutors, mentors, and colleagues. You'll receive a laptop and accounts, and you'll be introduced to the program and learning materials – the Sitecore platform and the Academy program.
Module 1: XM/XP for Content Authors
To begin, you'll dive into the XM/XP for Content Authors module – Sitecore Experience Platform™ (XP) and Sitecore Experience Manager®. You'll learn how to create, manage, modify, and publish web content using Sitecore tools.
Module 2: XM/XP 9 for System Administrators
Next, you'll move on to the XM/XP 9 and XM/XP 10 for System Administrators modules. You will understand how Sitecore XP works, how to add users and optimize workflows. You will become familiar with the installation and upgrade processes of the system.
Module 3: XM/XP 10 for Developers
Later will come the XM/XP 10 for Developers module – including key features released with Sitecore 10. You'll learn about Sitecore's Content Serialisation tools, how Sitecore natively supports container deployment, and how to develop headless using the Sitecore ASP.NET Rendering SDK.
Module 4: XM/XP 10 for JSS Headless Developers
The next module, XM/XP 10 for JSS Headless Developers, covers topics such as an overview of Sitecore 10 development features, an introduction to Sitecore 10 content serialisation and Sitecore JavaScript Rendering SDKs (JSS).
Module 5: Sitecore Experience Accelerator
Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) enables content authors, marketers, merchants, and developers to work on a project in parallel.
In this module, you'll learn to work with page designs, create components, customise component rendering, and modify your designs with customisation and testing features in SXA.
Module 6: Managed Cloud for Developers
The final module, Managed Cloud for Developers, will help you understand how to reduce operational costs, improve time-to-market and minimise deployment risk. You will learn how to get started with Managed Cloud and deploy your solutions.
Project implementation & exam preparation
At the end of the Academy, it's time for practice. You will be asked to implement a small project using Sitecore. You will create a small news portal with a search solution based on Sitecore 10, using the knowledge you gained during the training. During this time, you will also prepare to pass the Sitecore 10 .NET Developer Certification exam, together with a group of your colleagues, participating in our Sitecore Academy and under the guidance of mentors.
