💡Your role in a nutshell

As a Motion & Graphic Designer at VML, you’ll become part of a dynamic creative team producing engaging visual content across various platforms. Your role will involve supporting the design and production of animations and static graphics that enhance our storytelling and capture audience attention. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced creatives and production specialists, delivering high-quality assets for web, social media, and other communication channels. Additionally, you’ll help localize international video projects, ensuring they resonate with global audiences.

🥇 Your scope & impact:

• Animating, composing, and setting the pace for projects to bring creative concepts to life within ongoing campaigns
• Performing basic video editing, primarily for social media
• Creating animations and static graphics in line with publishers’ technical specifications
• Optimizing asset sizes and preparing visuals for campaign use
• Designing and producing interactive HTML banners
• Collaborating with designers and art directors to create animations based on storyboards provided by the creative team
• Ensuring timely delivery and file optimization without compromising visual quality
• Assisting with the localization and adaptation of international video materials for global audiences
• Working closely with the creative, motion, and client service teams to deliver top-tier projects

🔑Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include: 

• Strong visual design skills and proficiency in tools such as Adobe Animate, Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Figma, or other design tools is a plus
• Initiative in improving existing processes and openness to implementing new solutions
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written – essential for collaborating with our international team and delivering projects for global audiences
